Teaching Materials

The lessons are organized in alphabetical order and vary in format. Before you begin, all the lessons will tell you the expected time it will take to complete the exercises. Most of the lessons score you as you go, so you can see which questions you are getting right and wrong. Brian A. These are fun to go through with a friend, reading questions to each other and then creating an answer as a group. There are a plethora of questions for each topic, and the answers are well-written and easy to understand. It might be good to get this book once you have finished outlining, to see how many of the questions you are able to answer and then adjust your outline accordingly.

The lesson takes up issues such as the manner of acceptance, who can accept, silence as acceptance, rejection and counter-offer.

You may find it helpful to organize your notes into a longer outline-style document as well, but odds are you won't actually use many of those notes on the exam - usually, there's just not enough time. At the end of the semester, produce a one- to two-page outline with the rules and relevant cases that you might use as analogies. Your outline should be organized by unit so that you have a start-to-finish procedure, on paper, for asking all relevant questions regarding every issue you spot on the exam.
