E has taught me that the choices I make now will greatly affect my future. I have learned a lot during D. If you want to follow your dreams, you need to vanquish the urge to smoke and use drugs. Especially at this age because our bodies are still developing and it will begin to crave the substance.

There are many different and interesting facts about alcohol and tobacco. There are over 75, alcohol related deaths and more then , deaths occurred by tobacco use. When it comes to drugs and alcohol, it's important to make safe and responsible choices. In addition to this, D. E has taught me different resistance strategies. A resistance strategy is avoidance of a situation where drugs and alcohol may be found.

In addition to this, I learned how to respond to pressure and not be demanding in response to a situation. When I am stressed, which everybody is at one point in time, I was taught not to take my stress out on other people, which would affect the way people think about me and my personality. E has also taught me how to find possible ways to relieve my stress such as exercising.

In order to do this, I learned that I needed to evaluate my decisions. The program focused on confidence, communicating effectively and making good decisions. Helping others is also very important; it makes you not only a better person, but a better future that awaits you.

E's Decision Making Model can help you in all aspects of life. Before you make any important decisions in life, you should define the problem. The next step you should take is to take a moment and assess all possible choices. Next you need to respond to the decision you have made by using the facts and information you have gathered throughout the situation.

Lastly, you need to evaluate the choice that you made and decide if you have made a good decision. The D. E Decision Making Model will help you through difficult situations that will occur in your life.

The next time I have a difficult situation in my life, I'll know just what to do!
