I am glad that I did. In my opinion , the book is well written and easy to follow. The author's approach is to engage you in learning , it is NOT a quick fix. If you really want to learn to do automatic writing, then you will be inspired to put in the work. I just completed the first few assignments and will post an update when I complete the study guide. Was very disappointed with this book, seemed too repetitious and really didn't get down to the nitty gritty of Automatic Writing.

I got very little information from this book. Would not recommend this! Shame on me. The kindle version should have been formatted better.

There are many pages with the exact same form that can't be completed so those are wasted pages. The lessons were not well thought out leaving me confused. Do not judge a book by the cover. That is just what I did with this book. The cover is wonderful. But that is the only thing that is wonderful about this book. Instructions were weak, lots and lots of pages were blank so you could write down who you wanted to contact and what you wanted to learn.

Something that would have made the book much better would be to tell personal experiences or your own journey or something.

A friend suggested that i do automatic writing to grow spiritually. This book has helped me with easy, clear, step by step instructions. It has practical instructions that anyone can follow. I have a very busy schedule and this book has helped me develop my meditation skills as well as automatic writing. I now find time for me with these exercises. One person found this helpful. I have not really had a chance to read all this book at this time.

But what I did read it will help me alot! Very simple book on how to get started. Too much space in this book is dedicated to lines that you can do nothing with on kindle, but to scroll past. I read this book in 20 minutes and can't say I got wiser. Only recommended for the absolute novice! Though I feel the author is sincere, many of the assignments are necessary but the layout in the book is redundant.

This book focuses on the prep-work a lot, and I agree it is crucial, but I would have liked the author to explain the actual mechanism, how automatic writing happens, and what the actual experience feels like. Not much of a con but the formatting is really bad.
